Exodus: The God Who Saves

With all the weather, we’ve finally been able to make it through our second Sunday in Exodus. With this series, we’re excited to work through one of the most engaging narratives in Scripture, but even more than that, we’re looking forward to the opportunity to better understood the God of the Exodus. As we read this book together, we’ll see that God is the main character in this drama. He is the one who rescues his people. He is the one who redeems them from slavery. He is the God who saves.

Here you’ll find our sermons through Exodus, blog posts connected to what we’re reading, and devotional guides that tie in with each Sunday.

Looking Ahead

As we work through Exodus, we’ll also take time to connect Exodus to other books and themes in Scripture. Lord willing, we will explore the following books and themes together:

  • Summer — 1 Peter: Life Between Rescue and Promise

  • Summer — Psalms of Exodus: Remember and Rejoice

  • Fall — Ten Commandments: New Lives Before God

  • Fall — Gospel Hospitality: Living on Mission

  • Advent — God Dwells Among Us
